Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as off-shift Quality Supervisor leader to maintain high food safety compliance for the department.
  • •Plan and direct the site auditing control program and ensure adherence to procedures, GMP standards, Kraft Heinz requirements, and regulatory laws.
  • •Train, mentor, and lead off-shift quality, maintenance, materials, and production team members; support KHMS/ISO coordination and site certification success.
  • •Support internal and external inspections/regulatory visits; lead audit preparation and complete inspection reports.
  • •Monitor sanitation records, lead sanitation audits and improvement projects, and ensure compliance with hold/release documentation, validation studies, and quality plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Prefer 5+ years of experience in quality, production, or sanitation within the food industry, including 3+ years in a leadership position in food manufacturing.
  • •Strong understanding of HACCP principles, food safety regulations, quality systems, sanitation run rules, and production processes (and KHMS framework if applicable).
  • •Strong leadership plus technical, communication, delegation, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Agile, and matrix databases.
  • •Ability to coach/teach/communicate at all levels, from hourly employees to the facility manager.
