Support quality assurance and risk mitigation for footwear materials by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify material quality issues and drive corrective actions. Lead supplier certification and training, collaborate with Regional Quality and Global Material Services to assess quality risks, and deliver technical recommendations to improve performance and reduce quality incidents. Develop quality consistency processes across synthetics, textiles, and leathers, and validate materials through testing with internal labs and third parties.
