  • •Support military defense projects by executing technical operations, conducting field maintenance, providing customer field support and training
  • •Provide end-to-end support for our Mission Autonomy systems, including hardware setup and software configuration
  • •Tackle complex issues related to hardware, software, and networking in unstructured situations, driving them to resolution
  • •Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams, keeping them informed
  • •Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with customer infrastructure
