Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of complex features and projects, owning delivery from concept to execution while collaborating with the team.
  • •Proactively manage technical debt through refactoring and system improvements to keep codebases maintainable and scalable.
  • •Drive code quality by leading code reviews, setting quality standards, and providing in-depth feedback across the team.
  • •Partner with Product and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure solutions are well-architected and aligned with business goals.
  • •Ensure reliability in production by monitoring services, diagnosing/resolving critical issues, and implementing performance optimizations and resilience mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software engineering focused on native mobile development.
  • •Advanced proficiency in native Android development using Kotlin, independently designing and implementing complex algorithms and architectures.
  • •Experience managing and improving CI/CD processes, including hands-on use of GitHub Actions.
  • •Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, emphasizing automation for testing and deployment.
  • •Strong leadership skills including mentoring, leading technical discussions, and collaborating across teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
