Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead end-to-end strategic, omni-channel distributor operations for the EMEA region across sales operations, compliance, and product supply
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to optimize product flow and delivery efficiency
  • •Leverage analytics and BI tools to monitor shipment data and mitigate supply chain risks with data-informed actions
  • •Represent the EMEA region in global ERP testing, system enhancements, and program initiatives to scale internal capabilities
  • •Mentor and develop a high-performing, collaborative team culture and implement optimized ways of working across distributor operations

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management within a premium omnichannel consumer goods brand
  • •2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing operational teams and distributor-focused service delivery
  • •Proven ability to navigate high-growth environments with complex distribution networks and regional compliance (EMEA)
  • •Advanced systems capability including Excel modeling and ERP systems (Microsoft D365)
  • •Professional fluency in English with strong communication of operational problems to technical and senior leadership
