Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a multi-tier Compliance Testing Team across Rapid Response Testing and Compliance Control Reviews for US Card business lines.
  • •Develop, manage, and execute the Compliance Testing Calendar, ensuring teams have tools, training, and access to execute effectively.
  • •Support transformation of the testing program by leveraging technology and improving effectiveness of processes and tools.
  • •Establish relationships with Compliance Advisors and Business Areas, and elevate substantive issues to senior management.
  • •Oversee responses for testing-related audits or exams and communicate test results and changes; create reports for senior stakeholders including the CCO.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,100 - 157,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in Compliance Testing, Risk Management, Compliance Monitoring, or Audit.
  • •At least 4 years of people management experience, leading teams or projects.
  • •At least 1 year of cloud data structure, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence experience.
  • •Experience scripting in Python and SQL to test full populations for key attributes.
