Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store team to surpass performance metrics including sales and consumer service
  • •Use analytical thinking and store reporting to identify opportunities and empower strategic decisions
  • •Maintain visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards throughout the store
  • •Support daily retail operations (POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown assistance) and adhere to asset protection policies

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of total retail experience, preferably including Store Manager experience
  • •Proven leadership skills to challenge, empower, and drive team results
  • •Experience setting and delivering store KPIs and building customer loyalty
  • •Strong communication skills in English and the local language (written and verbal)
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
