Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide financial advice to Brazilian and Southern Cone business and strategy teams to support business growth.
  • •Prepare managerial financial reports and rolling forecasts, tracking financial performance and performing related analyses.
  • •Conduct budget control and participate in business operations, including review of project/contract applications.
  • •Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks.
  • •Perform recurring ad hoc projects and financial analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of FP&A, sales/category finance, or related analytical experience.
  • •Proven experience with complex financial planning and analysis.
  • •Professional proficiency in Spanish and English for systems, documents, and communication with the Americas (US and Mexico) team.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
  • •Preferred: high-growth tech start-up or advertising experience, plus data analytics skills (including familiarity with SQL).
