  • •Lead the UK & I Supply Chain organization to deliver safety, operational, service, quality, and financial performance across plants, logistics operations, and third-party partners.
  • •Develop and execute the UK & I Supply Chain strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap covering network optimization, processes, technology enablement, and workforce capability.
  • •Build and sustain the Safety Differently culture and drive toward Zero Harm outcomes while ensuring health and safety compliance.
  • •Drive operational excellence across production, logistics, planning, and asset management to deliver customer requirements on time and in full.
  • •Implement strategic programmes across automation, digitalisation, sustainability, and customer experience to improve efficiency, resilience, and competitive advantage.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven senior leadership experience leading large-scale, multi-site supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or industrial operations.
  • •Experience delivering operational transformation, productivity improvement, and large-scale organizational change programmes.
  • •Track record managing substantial operating budgets and capital investment programmes with disciplined delivery of expected returns.
  • •Strong leadership capability: coach, succession plan, develop talent, and drive performance management across large teams.
  • •Data-driven, using operational and people analytics to identify trends and improve decision making.
