Key Responsibilities

•Leads high-impact, time-sensitive efforts to identify new business strategies and opportunities (e.g., new business models, growth initiatives, cost reduction).
•Manages complex strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives, including M&A projects, business development, and large-scale transformation.
•Leads a team of managers and senior contributors executing segment plans and contributing to the development of functional strategy.
•Partners with executives to create strategic initiatives and secure budgets across risk management and implementation tactics.
•Oversees research and analysis efforts and develops tools to evaluate strategic objectives; coaches executives with data-driven recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; or commensurate experience.
•Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience in strategic management, planning, or related fields.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
•Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, BI, Data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, data visualization, and ML/statistics.
•Experience leading large, global, cross-functional teams and influencing executives with data-driven analyses.
