Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Catalog Services & Integrations Platform team to design, develop, and scale the integration layer for external catalogs.
•Drive Horizon Catalog and Managed Polaris initiatives, implementing Iceberg REST Catalog support.
•Shape the Open Ecosystem Enablement strategy to ensure Snowflake remains interoperable with diverse data ecosystems.
•Own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of the Open Data standards initiatives across multi-cloud environments.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data lake capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 236,000 - 339,200 annually

•Experience leading distributed systems teams with a focus on data platforms and multi-cloud architectures.
•Strong vision for interoperability across external catalogs and data ecosystems.
•Proven ability to drive open data standards and scalable integration platforms.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in fast-moving environments.
•Experience with or exposure to Iceberg, Polaris, and modern data lake/catalog toolchains is a plus.
