Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
  • •Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation.
  • •Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Support financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP (or IFRS, as applicable).
  • •Assist with external audits, ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies, and analyze financial results/variances.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of accounting experience with corporate accounting responsibilities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • •Basic knowledge of US GAAP (or IFRS as applicable) and account analysis for financial statements.
  • •Experience with large ERP/accounting software (preferred: SAP, Oracle, INTACCT, NetSuite, Maconomy).
  • •Basic Excel skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
