Job Summary

Lead Tier 3 security investigations as the technical escalation point for junior analysts, validating AI agent findings and reducing customer risk. Correlate signals across cloud, endpoint, identity, email, and network telemetry to reconstruct malicious activity, perform incident triage, and help remediate emerging threats using AI agents. Architect scalable investigation processes, communicate findings to stakeholders from SOC analysts to CISOs, and contribute detections back into the product.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and validate investigations completed by AI agents for accuracy and completeness, evaluating risk.
•Serve as the technical expert and key escalation point by leading and mentoring junior analysts.
•Correlate data across cloud, endpoint, identity, and network sources to build the full picture of malicious activity.
•Investigate malicious activity and understand the complexity of attacks stopped, including the risk prevented for customers.
•Use AI agents to hunt in customer environments to detect and remediate threats, and assist during incidents with alert triage and resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 152,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in cyber security operations.
•Hands-on investigation experience across multiple sources (endpoint, network, identity, email, cloud).
•Strong understanding of security monitoring tools (XDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, IDP).
•Experience analyzing security alerts and incident triage using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
•Data querying experience with SIEM technologies (SPL, KQL, FQL, SQL) and familiarity with log/telemetry concepts.
