Job Summary

Own the operational governance and site operating cadence for the Hyderabad Global Capability Centre, partnering closely with the Co-Heads to drive transparency, efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience. Run key management rhythms (reviews, scorecards, town halls), coordinate planning and reporting with Finance, and partner with HR and Corporate Communications on talent lifecycle and internal messaging. Provide oversight for cross-functional priorities and local outreach to strengthen Hyderabad’s market reputation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Co-Heads in setting Hyderabad’s strategic agenda aligned to global priorities and act as a force multiplier.
•Run the site management operating rhythm (ILT meetings, monthly business reviews, scorecards, town halls, executive visits).
•Partner with Finance to ensure strong planning and reporting.
•Partner with HR on talent lifecycle execution, including hiring throughput, retention, promotions, and compensation cycles.
•Provide ad-hoc program management and oversight for cross-functional initiatives while coordinating local outreach and messaging.
