Job Summary

Perform and support offset/offline production in the press room, folder/gluer, and material handling areas. Receive and stack products, set up jobs using job dockets, print pallet labels, and ensure correct loading and high-quality, error-free output. Support downtime and make-ready tasks, including press cleaning, cylinder/roller changes, and doctor blade setup. Follow OHSE/PPE, hazardous waste handling, and cGMP/HACCP requirements while working as part of the press crew.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive product from the press, stack and place on pallets, and ensure correct loading and job completion with quality and accuracy checks.
•Print pallet labels with Pecas and use job docket/job setup sheet information to set up and run jobs correctly.
•Perform downtime support such as assisting operators when the press is down and webbing/press cleaning tasks.
•Conduct make-ready activities including purging, changing impression rollers, installing/removing print unit cassettes, and changing cylinders/pumps/inks/solvents.
•As part of the press crew, follow OHSE/PPE and hazardous waste handling procedures, communicate issues to operators, and help with other required tasks or relief as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) and one to three years of related production experience and/or training (or equivalent education and experience).
•Very good mechanical and physical ability, including safe operation and training for forklift equipment if applicable.
•Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending/reaching, and other physical demands of the role.
•Follow OHSE obligations, use required PPE, and comply with procedures for hazardous materials and waste handling.
•Comply with cGMP, HACCP food safety requirements, and chain of custody program requirements.
