Job Summary

Drive continuous improvement across operational processes for the Adriatic region by implementing change measures, analyzing KPIs, and identifying improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation of change measures in close cooperation with interfaces across divisions, shared service, communication, and HR.
•Implement and analyze KPIs and improvement potentials, deriving action plans in a fast-moving environment.
•Lead and support change projects, planning and scheduling work packages with departments, managers, and project teams.
•Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean training, Kaizen events, and coaching, acting as a mediator of change.
•Monitor project portfolio results, track deadlines and priorities, and communicate changes within teams and across the Adriatic region.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 45,000

Key Requirements

•Enjoy continuous improvement of operational processes and take responsibility for development and implementation.
•Strong background in process, project management, and execution, with the ability to understand and improve workflows in an organizational context.
•Lean Six Sigma knowledge with at least Green Belt certification highly preferred; able to communicate results comprehensively.
•Experience supervising change projects and driving problem-resolution processes (DMAIC).
•Fluent in English; coaching and moderation skills to work effectively with people and processes.
