Key Responsibilities

•Engineering & Design Oversight: Review and approve instrumentation engineering deliverables including datasheets, specifications, loops, and hook-ups; ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, IEC, ISA, and international practices; coordinate with EPC contractors and MAC vendors on instrumentation design issues.
•MAC Coordination & Integration: Act as the primary PMC focal point for MAC-related instrumentation systems (DCS, SIS, SCADA, PLC); ensure integration between process control, safety systems, and third-party packages; review MAC deliverables (FDS, System Architecture, interfaces).
•Technical Assurance & Compliance: Verify adherence to ADNOC Offshore design philosophies; align with HSE and SIL requirements; participate in design reviews and safety studies; ensure cyber security for control systems.
•Vendor & Contractor Management: Interface with EPC contractors, MAC vendors, and instrumentation suppliers; review vendor drawings and TQs; monitor contractor performance and timely delivery of instrumentation scope.
•Project Support & Execution: Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, and installation; resolve site technical issues; support commissioning activities and FAT/SAT; maintain documentation and progress updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
•Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas
•At least 5+ years in PMC roles for major offshore projects
•Strong experience with ADNOC projects or Middle East operators preferred
•Proven experience working with MAC (Main Automation Contractor) packages
