Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of financial lines insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience, with concentration in Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime and Special Risk.
  • •Solid understanding of carrier underwriting practices and processes.
  • •Proven leadership skills collaborating with clients to successfully exceed client expectations.
  • •Confirmed client-facing skills including effective presentations and communications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent years of proven experience) and must maintain an appropriate broker’s license.
