•Lead physical security strategy and operational governance across Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and India.
•Serve as the primary escalation point for significant security incidents and coordinate crisis management and regional emergency response.
•Drive consistency and standardisation of security programs, policies, and operating procedures across regional sites.
•Provide strategic oversight of guarding vendors, security budgets, KPIs, and operational performance across multiple countries.
•Manage and develop country security personnel and vendors; support incident command, emergency response leadership, and workplace investigations as needed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of corporate security experience (contractor or full-time), including 2+ years in a security management role with progressive responsibilities.

•Hands-on proficiency with physical security systems such as access control, video management, life safety, and visitor management platforms.
•Ability to lead incident and crisis response end-to-end, with strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
