  • •Provide MPO executive leadership supporting WMO and direct production operations at the Kalispell site.
  • •Establish and monitor production using metrics and budgets; control project schedules and ensure quarterly build plan delivery.
  • •Plan and evaluate resource utilization, capacity alignment, and productivity improvements to minimize costs while meeting customer delivery requirements.
  • •Direct, guide, monitor, and evaluate personnel to achieve manufacturing quality and production safety (6S) goals.
  • •Lead continuous improvement efforts, pursue automation/AI technologies, and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality with corrective and preventive actions.
