•Provide MPO executive leadership supporting WMO and direct production operations at the Kalispell site.
•Establish and monitor production using metrics and budgets; control project schedules and ensure quarterly build plan delivery.
•Plan and evaluate resource utilization, capacity alignment, and productivity improvements to minimize costs while meeting customer delivery requirements.
•Direct, guide, monitor, and evaluate personnel to achieve manufacturing quality and production safety (6S) goals.
•Lead continuous improvement efforts, pursue automation/AI technologies, and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality with corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain operations; Master’s degree preferred.
•10–15 years of experience in operations/production leadership.

•Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, theories, technologies, and practices.
