Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product costing and BOM integrity (materials, labor, overhead) and partner with operations and engineering on cost impacts of design/process changes.
  • •Maintain moving average cost methodology to support accurate inventory valuation and cost of goods sold.
  • •Establish and maintain standard labor and overhead rates with plant leadership.
  • •Analyze manufacturing variances to identify root causes, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Support inventory management and internal controls (cycle counts, physical inventories, inventory valuation) and participate in close processes for accurate cost and profitability reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •3+ years of relevant cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
  • •Strong experience with standard costing, BOMs, inventory accounting, and manufacturing variances.
  • •Experience with complex ERP systems required; SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SQL, MS Query, or VBA is a plus.
