Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build the developer experience and infrastructure that powers the next generation of software engineering at Clay.
  • •Develop systems that make engineers and coding agents more effective across the full development lifecycle, including monorepo organization, orchestration, and tooling.
  • •Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and evaluation/validation of agent-generated changes, and improve cloud development environments.
  • •Expose rich codebase context to coding agents to enable parallel agent workflows, automated refactors, migrations, and bug fixing.
  • •Set up metrics, dashboards, and forums to monitor engineering productivity and identify friction points.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 300,000 annually
