Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new country expansion strategy by structuring and sizing opportunities and defining what it takes to win across APAC markets.
  • •Help evaluate licensing paths, entity structures, and commercial models, translating regulatory requirements into the operating model.
  • •Shape product roadmap scope and sequencing by turning regulatory/licensing requirements into concrete product plans for local launch and scale.
  • •Partner with senior team members to frame executive decision-making on market prioritization, launch readiness, and investment decisions.
  • •Contribute to the launch operating system and governance by systematizing tools/templates and supporting go/no-go processes with cross-functional sign-off and risk mitigation planning.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, regulatory/financial services law, or strategy/expansion roles in fintech/payments, with exposure to market-entry or licensing-driven projects.
  • •Contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder programs, including workstream execution and planning support with executive-level updates.
  • •Operating discipline to structure multi-workstream programs, support governance cadences, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Demonstrated use of AI tools for day-to-day work such as regulatory research, licence mapping, competitive analysis, documentation, or workflow automation, with good judgment on verification.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to simplify complex issues and create clear, concise materials for senior forums.
