Director, Federal Program Management

Direct the daily operations of assigned federal contracts by leading program management, deliverable completion, and contract reporting. Serve as the on-site customer face, manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external leaders, and support negotiations, renewals, and RFP processes. Supervise and develop program staff, ensure quality and risk management, oversee program budgets, and evaluate performance to drive process improvements and future contract initiatives.
