Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products; identify client needs and recommend services and upgrades.
  • •Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions while building lasting client relationships.
  • •Warmly welcome clients and manage check-in, check-out, payment processing, and appointment booking/modifying/canceling.
  • •Answer calls, emails, and voicemail promptly and professionally while addressing client questions and concerns.
  • •Complete opening/closing responsibilities, maintain a clean front-desk environment, monitor supplies/inventory, and support training and other clinic tasks as needed.
