Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete preventive maintenance tasks on MHE conveyor belts and building HVAC systems.
  • •Assess, repair, and document equipment and facility repairs, adjustments, and upgrades.
  • •Perform complex mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for facility systems and warehousing equipment.
  • •Conduct required OSHA and state-mandated training related to maintenance and sanitation activities.
  • •Maintain compliance with safety laws and SEPHORA safety policies, reporting violations and adhering to the assigned shift and overtime schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 34.25 - 36.65 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 months experience with PLC logic principles, including uploading/downloading PLCs, and working with system control software and sensors/I-O modules.
  • •Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology (preferred) plus 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities, distribution, and/or manufacturing; or 4+ years of such maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment (MHE), conveyors, and hydraulic and/or pneumatic equipment.
  • •Experience repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, including preventive/predictive maintenance and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to operate hand/power tools safely and read schematics and mechanical drawings; experience enforcing Lock-out/Tag-out and OSHA regulations.
