Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery and run outcomes for client connectivity products/services, staying hands-on while guiding others. Build reliability through non-functional requirements, ensure safe release/change delivery, and lead production support, incident response, and continuous improvement. Mentor teams and partner closely with Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery and run outcomes for one or more client connectivity products/services while staying hands-on and guiding others.
•Set and communicate technology strategy, balancing delivery with remediation of technical debt.
•Lead and continuously improve development pods, measuring success through fewer production incidents and increased release cadence.
•Drive engineering excellence (automation, testing discipline, code quality, CI/CD maturity, operational readiness) and ensure reliability via non-functional requirements.
•Ensure safe, predictable change delivery and lead production support/operational rituals including incident response and problem management.

Key Requirements

•Strong full-stack engineering and DevOps experience across build, test, release, and run, including Continuous Delivery practice.
•Hands-on ability to code and deploy to production across at least two languages and a willingness to learn new stacks.
•Relational database experience, with PostgreSQL preferred.
•Experience designing/consuming HTTP APIs (e.g., REST).
•Proven technical leadership: raising engineering standards, coaching, and improving team ways of working.
