Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive development and execution of the Self-Serve Modernization program plan, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, status tracking, issue management, change management support, and reporting.
  • •Align and integrate cross-functional roadmaps across business units, product, engineering, UX, and operations to deliver a unified commercial enterprise management solution.
  • •Create executive-ready storyboards, business cases, and presentation materials to support transformation decisions and manage stakeholder expectations with transparent reporting.
  • •Translate program performance, strategic direction, and business unit priorities into actionable narratives while identifying, resolving, and escalating program risks and issues across portal/platform/Digital Support dependencies.
  • •Leverage analysis of self-serve adoption, customer behavior, Digital Support performance, and competitor assessments to inform modernization priorities and measurable improvements in satisfaction, adoption, and operational efficiency.

Salary: USD 187,000 - 242,000

  • •15+ years of progressive experience in IT program/project management, strategic planning, consulting, technology services, or digital transformation leadership, including large-scale platform modernization.
  • •Ability to work independently and influence cross-functionally to manage multi-workstream programs across multiple business units with strategic and operational accountability.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to align executive expectations with delivery execution.
  • •Experience delivering enterprise solutions with portal integration, customer-facing platforms, or digital support ecosystems.
