Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid’s battery-electric vehicles, using required software to document customer interactions accurately. Keep strong knowledge of high-voltage and general electrical vehicle systems, follow proper repair documentation procedures, and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the service team, demonstrate technical skills to others, and support mobile service needs while delivering detail-focused, customer-first experiences.
