Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with New Product Development teams to ensure engineering drawing requirements are complete and expectations are clearly communicated to supporting suppliers.
  • •Partner with New Product Introduction teams to involve suppliers in development and review of specifications to support design for manufacturability.
  • •Participate in supplier selection to build a supply base that improves quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology competitiveness.
  • •Perform supplier technical audits, evaluate supplier performance/capability, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead quality problem resolution and incident management, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 110,500 - 152,000 annually
