Job Summary

Strategic enterprise-focused CTO role driving Firefly Foundry opportunities with Adobe’s enterprise sales, research, product, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities

•Drive Firefly Foundry pipeline from exploration to deal closing in collaboration with the Adobe enterprise sales and marketing organization.
•Identify enterprise customer goals and needs by articulating workflow problems and match them to Adobe Firefly Foundry.
•Synthesize changing enterprise customer landscapes into actionable insights and impact for Adobe.
•Partner with enterprise sales, product management, engineering, and research to articulate the art of the possible.
•Initiate and progress Firefly Foundry opportunities and influence product roadmaps through customer feedback and demonstrations.

Key Requirements

•Over 10 years of proven professional experience in product and enterprise sales roles, with a focus on launching GenAI products at enterprise scale.
•Strategic problem solver, adept at using analytics and insights.
•Deep customer empathy and knowledge across creative, document, digital experience; GenAI, video, 3D, work management, pdf preferred.
•Player-coach that works autonomously and potentially grows a team; exceptional executive and customer interpersonal skills; technical skills preferred.
•Validated experience in a start-up or 0→1 scaling environment; founder-style work ethic and highEQ, low ego, adaptable work style.
