Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and facilitate training and development interventions to ensure competency of all staff.
  • •Develop the competence of nursing staff and ensure correct application of nursing procedures and policies.
  • •Identify training needs to guide development of appropriate clinical training interventions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital.
  • •Minimum 1 year of mentor experience.
