Job Summary

Own end-to-end project delivery by developing project plans (scope, resources, timelines, budget), leading and coordinating project teams, and serving as the primary stakeholder contact. Manage resource allocation, risk identification and mitigation, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards through KPI tracking and status reporting. Oversee budget and revenue recognition, drive sales/KPI outcomes, and close projects with final acceptance, documentation, and debriefs.

•Develop detailed project plans covering objectives, scope, resources, timeline, and budget.
•Lead and manage the project team and coordinate collaboration and communication.
•Allocate resources (personnel, budget, equipment, and materials) and manage budget within limits.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; solve obstacles during the project lifecycle to keep work on track.
•Track progress via KPIs, report status to stakeholders, and conduct project closure (acceptance, documentation, debrief).

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of experience with at least 4 years in Honeywell (HON) or competitor FI product portfolio.
•Technical understanding of portfolio, competition, and customer applications.
•Working knowledge of Honeywell, including commercial terms and contract terms.
•Moderate travel (1-2 days a month) and willingness to travel 5 days in a month to SEA countries.
•Proven business experience across vertical markets and strong presentation skills, with networking in the instrumentation industry (large customers, OEMs, EPCs, consultants).
