  • •Gather, interpret, and manipulate structured and unstructured data to enable advanced analytical solutions for the business.
  • •Develop scalable, automated solutions using machine learning, simulation, and optimization to deliver actionable business insights.
  • •Select appropriate modeling techniques with consideration for data limitations, application, and business needs.
  • •Develop and deploy models within the Model Development Control (MDC) and Model Risk Management (MRM) framework, partnering with Model Risk Management to validate stability before production.
  • •Translate business requests into analytical questions, execute analysis/modeling, and communicate outcomes and recommendations to non-technical business colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Science, Engineering) or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •4 years of experience in predictive analytics or data analysis, or an advanced degree plus 2 years of predictive analytics/data analysis experience.
  • •2 years of experience training and validating statistical, physical, machine learning, and other advanced analytics models.
  • •2 years of experience using dynamic scripted languages (e.g., Python, R) to perform statistical analyses and build/score AI/ML models.
  • •Experience querying and preprocessing structured/unstructured data and writing clear, well-documented code for transparent logic.
