Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work materials.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use HVAC knowledge, blueprints, and engineering specifications along with tools and technology to troubleshoot and repair units.
  • •Follow safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,500 - 128,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of HVAC experience and good standing as a member of UA Local 787.
  • •Red Seal in HVAC (313A), required.
  • •Gas 1 ticket required.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (per listed offenses).
  • •Technical school or formal training preferred; operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld devices (smartphone/iPad).
