Job Summary

Lead enterprise AI analytics and governance to monitor usage patterns, optimize consumption and control costs across platforms like GitHub Copilot and Azure OpenAI. Build predictive and forecasting models for AI credit spend, capacity, and adoption, and deliver executive dashboards and KPIs. Define governance standards and cost allocation guardrails while partnering with security, legal, privacy, compliance, engineering, finance, and procurement to drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and optimize enterprise AI platforms, including GitHub Copilot and OpenAI, to monitor usage and maximize business value.
•Define platform standards, governance policies, and model consumption guidelines, and evaluate emerging AI technologies for adoption recommendations.
•Develop forecasting models for AI credit consumption, budget requirements, and capacity needs, and create executive dashboards and KPIs.
•Identify and implement optimization opportunities such as prompt engineering, prompt caching, model routing, token reduction, context window optimization, RAG optimization, batch processing, and agent orchestration improvements.
•Partner with security, legal, privacy, and compliance teams, and develop budget guardrails and cost allocation strategies while providing mentorship to lower-level employees.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
•Typically 10+ years of work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of analytics, machine learning, and data modeling, including data warehousing and ETL.
•Experience developing dashboards and KPIs for business intelligence and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
•Agile methodology experience and the ability to communicate effectively across security, legal, privacy, compliance, and business stakeholders.
