Senior Associate, Campaign Management - Business Cards & Payments

Own end-to-end project management for assigned Business Cards & Payments marketing and servicing campaigns. Build and manage campaign schedules, coordinate with intent owners, lead status meetings/office hours, and deliver progress updates. Support audits and exams as needed, enable associates working across creative, digital, and segmentation builds, and gather campaign data and metrics to inform reporting—all with a strong process mindset and product focus.
