Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards across the sales floor while supporting budgets, expenses, reporting, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities
  • •Support safe store operations through strong stockroom standards and processes; move on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business and guest needs

Key Requirements
