Job Summary

Guide and facilitate extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies for a Data & Analytics squad of 10, ensuring the agile framework is followed to maximize velocity and deliver high-quality SAP BI products. Key Responsibilities

•Guide and facilitate extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10.
•Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
•Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.
•Collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
•Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
•Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.
•Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Agility to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.
•Background or strong functional knowledge in Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
•Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.
