Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive new product development (NPI) with focus on package definition, assembly/manufacturing, and reliability qualification for transition to high-volume.
  • •Collaborate with design, test, systems, marketing, and applications teams to define and plan new projects based on customer needs.
  • •Set up and qualify products within TI manufacturing processes and flows.
  • •Drive reliability testing and stress impact understanding; lead root-cause investigation and define fixes for assembly and qualification issues.
  • •Coordinate with global manufacturing sites and other product development functions (e.g., silicon design/test/packaging/quality) to deliver successful products.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, manufacturing flows, and reliability testing including electrical, physical, mechanical, and chemical interactions.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials science plus basic knowledge of electronic circuits.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced global technical team environment.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
