Job Summary

Lead operations for a specific Sephora store location, directly managing the Operations team and supporting day-to-day execution. •Manage visual merchandising and in-house/third-party cleaning crew adherence to agreed-upon standards through feedback and escalation.
•Serve as Manager on Duty and support Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor whenever possible.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 21.1 - 26.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
•Strong store operations skills.
•Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills.
