Human Resources Analyst

Serve as a trusted HR advisor focused on employee relations and data-driven decision making. Lead complex workplace investigations, interview employees, gather evidence, and produce documented findings and recommendations. Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, organizational changes, and terminations. Analyze HR metrics, build dashboards and executive reporting, and use insights to identify risks and improve HR programs.
