Regulatory Counsel (Product)

Serve as the primary legal and regulatory advisor for new product launches, advising across product, tech, business, and fiat teams. Perform multi-jurisdiction regulatory gap analyses where local licenses are not yet in place, and develop product compliance frameworks, playbooks, and decision matrices. Assess product regulatory classification, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate with licensing counsel to align launch timelines with licensing strategy.
