Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and delivering a high-quality client experience. •Provide a consistent, distinctive client experience while completing complex and standardized client transactions and uncovering client needs.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs/offers, and referring clients to appropriate specialists.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
