Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to environmental, health, and safety standards and follow PPE and yard/site safety requirements.
  • •Learn Radius Recycling’s commercial strategy, supplier segmentation, and purchasing models across ferrous and nonferrous commodities.
  • •Train on building and managing a book of business, including prospecting, supplier retention, account planning, and follow-through.
  • •Develop commodity knowledge and pricing skills, including negotiation topics like freight, deductions, downgrades, and claims, and evaluate margin impact.
  • •Use company systems and reporting tools to track suppliers, pricing, shipments, margin, and account activity; maintain records and analyze trends.
