Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center and plan production for a full shift.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; perform root cause analysis, develop action plans, and execute with leadership and associates.
  • •Conduct weekly site performance reviews against targets, reporting challenges and countermeasures.
  • •Guide daily site manager huddles and support continuous improvement projects and training/process changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees.
  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years; English required.
