Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee partner success and account management for external game publishers and developers, helping them onboard and achieve ROI targets.
  • •Execute and optimize partners’ paid user acquisition (UA) campaigns to drive high-value users to Samsung’s Mobile Cloud Gaming platform.
  • •Manage ad tech operations for UA campaigns, ensuring correct setup and delivery and troubleshooting technical integration issues.
  • •Collaborate with Marketing, BD, and Product to align paid acquisition campaigns with broader business goals and platform capabilities.
  • •Use attribution tools and ad tech metrics to measure performance, assess ROI, and deliver actionable optimization insights, coordinating global launches across US and Korea.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 8+ years of paid user acquisition, ad operations, or growth marketing experience (or a Master’s degree with 6+ years).
  • •Strong background in mobile gaming and paid UA/mobile ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs, networks, or mobile attribution/MMPs).
  • •Proven track record managing and optimizing high-budget paid UA campaigns as a Customer Success Manager or Growth Lead in an ad tech ecosystem.
  • •Advanced quantitative skills to analyze data and optimize using KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
  • •Ability to manage ambiguity in highly matrixed global organizations; Korean language proficiency is a major plus.
