Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full product lifecycle for law-firm leads/intake, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
  • •Conceptualize, build, ship, and optimize lead qualification and referral workflows, including inbound agents for intake.
  • •Identify friction points in how legal teams work and translate them into product decisions that improve workflows.
  • •Partner with engineering and ML teams to build LLM-powered conversational AI and automated scribes for case managers, paralegals, and lawyers.
  • •Define and track success metrics using qualitative research and quantitative analysis to continuously improve the product.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, shipping products with meaningful adoption across enterprise and SMB customers.
  • •Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products with direct working knowledge of agents and LLMs/LMMs.
  • •Strong user research instincts to uncover what users actually need and translate it into product decisions.
  • •Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch in a cross-functional environment.
