Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach—driving client relationships, meeting individual and store sales goals, and supporting daily operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain the sales floor and stockroom, process transactions and returns, support inventory cycles, and collaborate with teammates to achieve store KPIs.
