Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues by partnering with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including receiving/shipment, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards
  • •Support safe, efficient store operations by upholding stockroom standards and moving dynamically to fulfill business and guest needs

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
  • •Ability to move constantly in and around the store, including sales floor and back of house
  • •Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and twisting
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
